We can confirm the salary certificate will be required for Approval in Principle. If we can help you further with the application please do let us know.

    Many Thanks

    Hi Cutielaide

Thanks so much for your interest in applying for a mortgage.

As the time frame and also sometimes the process of the mortgage application can vary with each applicant, would it be okay to send you a private message and arrange a call to you from a colleague within our Mortgage Specialist Team?

If you could private message us your full name, contact number and if you have any existing accounts please let us know which Branch they're linked to. Also, if there is a time you prefer to be called at, please mention this and we'll do our very best to accommodate.

Hope to hear from you soon,

    Many thanks
    Alison
