cant't log in into my online account since march!

    Got a reference number and after lots of emailing nothing has changed. Now again a new bill is due but I can't read it because log in isn't possible. Whenever I try to log in it says: 
    Invalid Operation!
    Sorry, we do not support the operation you are trying to do.
    After lots of times promising ei will look into the problem and let me know nothing has changed at all. Next month my contract will be finished and I'm going to look for another provider if there is no move.
