Hey I am looking to switch from Vodafone as I want the free sports. I am currently on a 60mb fibre. The eir person I chatted to said the max I could get is 8mb as my exchange is not active even though I have had fibre for the last year. Could you look into this for me.
    Thanks

    Hi niallo27,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

You can view the most up to date information on the eFibre roll out here http://fibrerollout.ie/where-and-when/ or you can check your line number or address here https://www.eir.ie/broadband/coverage-map/.

I would recommend registering your details on the above link and as soon as the service is available you will be notified.

I'm sorry I can't offer you better news.

    Thanks,
    Anna

How can Vodafone and sky offer me fibre using your exchange. Did you read my post. From your map my exchange is showing active.

I'm afraid I would be unable to comment on any other providers speeds from here.

Can you please PM me your eircode and full name and I would be more than happy to look into this further for you?

    Thanks,
    Anna
