Using keywords as social media handles

Does anyone know if there is any merit to this in terms of using IG, twitter and facebook handles that are also keywords e.g. @dentistdublin I imagine that these handles would show up in searches? Is there any considered best practice when it comes to selecting social media handles and usernames?
