Email saying register for my eir

    Hi just got an email saying register for my eir (which I already am) to view my bill of €86 (which is wrong as my bill is never that much and is actually in credit). Would this be a scam email or just a mistake as it has my account number on it

    Just noticed your post, I got a similar email with my account number on it but I'm no longer a customer of eir. My email said I was in credit too (€-97.16). Very strange.

    Got the same email saying my bill was E45 and I can register with eir etc. Bill was just paid for double that amount and no invoices currently outstanding. Advice needed?

    I got 2 emails (2 different amounts) today saying my new eir bill is available.
    I already got this months bill 2 weeks ago.

    What's going on eir?

    I'm guessing these are scam emails not from eir.

    scam email address       noreply@bills-pp.eir.ie

    correct eir email address  noreply@bills.eir.ie
