    That moment.
You are a bystander, always by-standing.
That chain, dangling before you and now
    cold against your head
    The melodramatic screams
    and you falling, falling
    slowly down and its beautiful
the stars before you, the buildings are
    changing
    before your very eyes,
    and crashing down on
    cold hard slabs of concrete,
you have never felt so involved.

    The sirens ring and
    people yell,
    everything else is forgotten
    violence brings people together.
it separated you from that lonely world
the one you frequent and excel in.

    They bandage you up
    and fail to fix you,
what is broken, what really is broken?
The walk home, the same as two days ago.
