The M23 derby. Seen a short tv show on it recently.

Very tenuous reasons (imo) for the rivalry yet seems to be quite a vicious rivalry.

Will be interesting to see if many cards are issued.

    Thats depressing!

Anyone know of any teams that have had a respectable end of season rank without any transfers? Normally these teams quickly fade away.

I think there was a woman last season called Sharon who was doing brilliantly without making any transfers. It happens every season, the law of averages and all that. They quickly lose ground in the double gameweeks and end up in a more realistic position.

Who is worse........the person making no changes but captaining salah OR the hardcore obsessive player who still didn't own him until last night!!!!!!!
The ranks would suggest option 2

Aye there's always one. The team I always remember was the one from a few years back that was top a couple of months into the season they still ended up finishing outside the top 2 million.

Better still he used his BB gw 1 got a Gameweek rank of 2,140,200 :D
Then he used his TC gw2 and got a gameweek rank of 1,774,315

He still managed to reach 59 somehow...

Guff about stuff, and stuff about guff.

Little thought that crossed my mind.

I use the free hit to win out all the players I want one week...

Then the next week the original players sub back in...

But what if their value has gone up in that week and I can't afford them anymore??

How do you check your points based on your team for GW1? I remember there being a website but can't find it.

On the main website under your points, then view gameweek history.

Are we still considering City defenders?

Some nice fixtures upcoming and Otamendi remains 2nd on the FF Scout defenders watchlist, but clean sheets have dried up a little lately.

I was thinking of bringing in the aforementioned for Jones, though have enough for Cahill either who has better fixtures but more prone to rotation perhaps.

Any thoughts of Otamdendi vs Cahill?

For me, with transfers going to be tight I'd look at surety of starts first. Otamendi is nailed atm Cahill is not.

Sorry I didn't phrase that the best, meant your points if you hadn't made any changes to your team. The Egyptian guy got me curious!

Otamendi is very likely to get 3 BPS if City win just 1 or 2 nil. He is just constantly on the ball passing it which really elevates your BPS.

He was pretty unlucky at the weekend with the og, Huds didn't threaten at all. I think if that little deflection hadn't gone in you could have been looking at an 8 or 9 pointer from him.

Decent goal threat as well. A good option for me.

Doesn't mention him specifically but don't think I'll be captaining Morata at any stage now.

    Interesting take on that quote!

This wouldn't have any bearing on my decision to captain Morata tbh. That said, I'll likely rotate the captaincy between Kane and Salah over Christmas

I just think if he's willing to rest his best player then he'll do it to the likes of Morata too. Happy to have him but I won't captain him.

Everyone will be at risk of missing a game here and there. Shouldn't live in fear of captaining anyone who you know is first choice.

Wow, surprising that it's so close.

Mine on the other hand 755 actual vs 600 GW1

    Transfers are goooooood

I guess it just depends on whether your GW1 team players picked up injuries, nothing really to gain from this stat imo.
