It really happened a season or two ago after an algorithm change and the price sites were so far out I just got into the habit of not looking. Its definitely cost me at times as a player will go up on a Wednesday and I'll be .1 short on a Friday which is frustrating! For whatever reason I was never able to grow my TV much but now it's diabolical at the end of last season people were posting very similar wc teams to mine but whereas I was scrapping 6m together for a 4th mid they had another heavy hitter.

Gotta find a balance I think. I take more risks at the start with transfers and prices but yeah, in the last few seasons the market has slowed and be patient game pays off more often than not. I’ve gone crazy with hits this season which is unusual and doing pretty average

I aimed to do that this season making Monday moves and willing to take a hit on Friday/Saturday if need be with the aim of going for a high TV for the second half wc and the TV has got even worse :pac:

I planed to make a Monday move if it was a player I was definitely going to get and they were off the back of a score and definitely rising or I would bring in a player if it looked like they were in with a shout of going up .3 quickly got burnt and reverted to late moves only!

Just noticed there that the lad who's top of the Boards league has made it into the top 100 in the world. Could be one for us to cheer on in the later stages if he keeps this up, I've given up hope of catching him anyway!

Another Irish lad in with a good chance of winning it. He is in the top 10 .Most in the top 10 have no real history in the game. He is top of the Finn harps league.

Might get a couple of paid articles etc but doubt you'd get much out of after a couple of weeks. Mark is probably the only fpl player who has gone on to make any money just off the back of it.
