Slow download speed

Anyone have issues with the PS4 being ungodly slow at downloading simple updates? 300 md takes half an hour, a 5gb game is taking 10 hours, any solution for this. My Xbox one is right beside it and the speed is fine on that.

the PSN servers are slow as fook tbh,ive 360mb BB wired into the ps4 and the best download speed ive ever got is 15mbps
