A warm gray is all in at the moment.

I remember a changing room in a sports centre having to be re-painted as the owners weren't too gone of the 'poo brown' colour they used - Reminded them too much of the bad days of the dirty protests.

All white on the inside except the main bathroom which is a yellowey color. A light magnolia color outside.

    Like a boiled egg.

80s pebble dash with redbrick sections around the front windows.

1/2 the front is brick and what's not brick is magnolia. Around the windows and window sills are white.

Inside the rooms are different colours.
    Sitting room is grey.
Kitchen has cream units, cream polished porcelain tiles, cream wooden blind. Tiles between units are black and white. Small dining area in kitchen is grey with black accessories.
My bedroom is grey and dusky pink

Didn't notice how much grey I have in my house til I typed it out

I have a blue house with a blue window. Blue is the colour of everything I wear. Blue are the streets and the trees are too.
I have a girlfriend and she is so blue ;)

Very similar to all the other houses on the street.

It's an okay thread but it's no "What's in your Fridge?". That one was hard to beat.

Where I live is painted a mellow yellow, not bright and citrus but soft and muted.

My house is a cream colour.

Since i moved here, I pass by another estate sometimes and for some reason I can always picture myself living there although I personally think my own house and the area i live looks nicer.

Those houses are red brick and i think it might be because they remind me a bit of the house I grew up in.

I actually have no idea now that you mention it. Rented house. I'll check when I'm home.

We have finally reached the bottom. I thought we had previously but it seems there was another tier.

Nine years ago Pighead created a thread called 'Why do cats have whiskers?'. It was the worst thread anybody has ever submitted on this site. A diabolical question which mattered little to anybody. Pighead feared he would carry the title of 'Worst thread starter ever' to his grave. Thankfully TiltedBrain has ensured this will not happen. Thank you kindly.

    you're in the red?

Ah no only kidding. We're doing grand, certainly not in NE.

It's an two bedroom apartment I live in and right now, all the walls are magnolia with white ceilings, laminate wood flooring, and the bedrooms are carpeted. I've never liked it, but I was a bit hesitant about painting the walls an eggshell grey. Seems like according to this thread grey may not be such a bad idea after all.

Good idea: A shade of grey.

Bad idea: Fifty shades of grey!

At an air temperature of about 16.7 degrees the radiation peak would be about 10,000 nm. It's in the infra-red.

Actually air looks to be transparent but when you look at it closely it's very, very very, very, very, very light blue.

We wanted a peachy kind of house but when it dried in, it did a weird blend with the existing colour (magnolia).
It's this kind of really dull lifeless green. The beigiest of greens.
    Looks ok i suppose.

Red brick with white windows and a blue door. I want a black door but I'm afraid it will bring bad luck.

My house is off white. The previous owners used some kind of super long life weather proof paint and I've never needed to paint it yet. I was thinking of a really deep purple but if it looks hideous, that's a lot of money down the drain.

My sills, cornerstones and coping stones are Husqvarna purple. Don't really know what colour you'd call the rest.

    From The Ladykillers(1955)

Professor Marcus: You're most kind, and if I may say so, you have a very curious and charming house. Such, um, pretty windows.

Mrs. Louisa Wilberforce: Oh, thank you,

    [pointing to a window]

Mrs. Louisa Wilberforce: And I rather favour positions...

Professor Marcus: [interrupting] I always think the windows are the eyes of a house, and didn't someone say the eyes are the windows of the soul?

Mrs. Louisa Wilberforce: I don't really know. Oh, it's such a charming thought, I do hope someone expressed it!
