All4 App not working on LG Smart TV (WebOS3)

    I am trying to get All4 working on my LG Smart TV. When I launch the app I see the following on the screen:

    Network Error (-310)
    Network is not connected. Please check network settings.

    There are then three options (Close App, Network Settings, Retry) but selecting any of them closes the app and returns to the last item viewed.

    Any ideas?

    Any luck with this, getting the same error myself.

    I'm assuming they block IP addresses from Ireland as I can't use any other uk service on my TV either.
