Letter of complaint

    I wrote to your complaints department on the 11 May. I sent the letter by registered post.
    As of today I have not received an acknowledgement of my letter or had my complaint resolved.

    Why is this?
    Your complaints procedure say that you mus acknowledge a letter within 10 days.
