Moved house and lost Prize Bonds Cert

I moved house a while back and was going through some documents looking for something else and noticed that my Pize Bonds Cert wasn't there, went digging elsewhere and can't seem to find it at all. Does anyone know how I go about getting a new cert issued when I don't have access to my old address anymore?

statesavings.ie will issue new certs for you; you may need proof of address/passport details etc
