Preferred faculty loan repayment

    Hi, 

    I took out a preferred faculty loan and would like to know how to repay a lump sum of this before the year is up. I haven't received any information about how to do this or how the loan will be converted to a standard loan yet, even though the 12 months interest free will have up in the coming days. I've tried to contact the branch to no avail.
