Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Appeal on point of law

So I've found out in family law you can only appeal from the circuit court to the high court if the case was originally in the district court on a point of law.

If the cc judge made an order based on a report that was full of factual errors, would this be grounds to appeal to the high court if the errors could be proven?
