Ride on mower blades not lifting up

Hi, I have a Viking MT540 ride on mower and as soon as I turn it on the blades engage straight away, even though I have the blades lifted up with the lever, also when i cut, the blades are uneven on each side, so when im cutting, 1 side of the deck cuts lower than the other, also when i look at the deck i can move it by…
