Mectavba also has Loftus-cheek to play (subbing in for Hazard).

    Nice spot, edited.

You're not but I'd say you'll be fine with De Bruyne.

Mectavba is the unfortunate one this gameweek and loses out by just one point to CSF. Dunk's booking proving costly for mectavba who would've won the tiebreaker on overall rank otherwise.

I had Dunk too, but yeah I’m very happy to continue to edge through. Gotta get back to form so things are a little more comfortable from here on out.

On a free hit this week as wanted to give a few lads the week off (and of course load up on Spurs and West Ham) - good luck all

Same, imagine there will be 1 or 2 who’ve taken 8+ hits to bring in the same guys that the Free Hit people have brought in already, so that could be a significant factor in this GW.

2 Free Hits, 1 Wildcard, three -4s, two -8s, one -12 and a partridge in a pear tree.

Yeah, with the prime targets essentially the same this week, id be expecting the hits to be a game changer this week.

Still no idea how to see the other teams in this ‘league’

I’m a very very poor wifi zone so won’t kniw anything for another 7-10’hours.

    I’m the -12. I’d love to see the 2 -8 teams.

    I’m guessing it’s between us 3.

Myself and patmac are on -8s. My FPL id is 2751.

Unless I’m missing something then that Klavan goal should see you safe.

Not sure what the other -8 team is but not looking good for me currently.

    My team is:

    -8

    Adrian
    Otamendi Christensen Duffy
    Salah Sterling Eriksen Arnautovic
    Kane (c) Crouch Aguero

    Elliot - RLC Zanka Kabasele

That Man United clean sheet was not what I wanted. I'll need Aguero to go big to stay in it I think.

Free hit and 19 from 2 means I won't be worrying this week (hopefully not famous last words), its a chip less I have for the latter stages though.

    Fabianski,

Mee, Jones, Robertson (Francis subbing in with 0 points!)

    Hazard, Alli, Arnautovic, Sterling, Gros

    Aguero, Kane (C)

Starting on -4. Subs are Francis, Calvert-Lewin and Mariappa

Yeah unless Alonso and Richarlison go mad, I should be safe good luck anyway.

Wouldn’t be one bit surprised if Alonso doesn’t start.

Think this will have been a fantastic week to use the FH chip when we look back on the season.

Edit - and I don’t mean just for the last man standing league.

I'm probably being bias (and optimistic) as an Alonso owner but surely Conte wouldn't rest such an important and in form player before a big trip to their rivals.

He could easily give him the game off vs Norwich and have him ready to go for the 13th?

I really don’t think Alonso is as important to Conte as he is to his FPL owners. Great FPL asset, average player.

Whilst I agree defensively he's average, going forward he's a real threat. I'd argue he is important to Conte and clearly favoured as he'd started every PL game for Conte this season, the only outfield player to have more minutes this year is Dave. This could also be down to having no one else to replace him with

Could be argued that would be the reason he’d rest him as risk of injury must be high with all his recent minutes played.

I do kinda hope and expect him to start but I would not be at all shocked if he didn’t.

Fully agree CSF, as an actual football player he is, I would go as far as, below average. Chelsea were well known to be actively looking for a left back in the last two transfer windows and the only reason he starts every game is because they have no viable alternative, they went three at the back to cover his frailities as a defender as much as to highlight his attacking prowess. He didnt exactly pull up trees at Bolton or Sunderland, some of their fans dont even remeber him playing for them!

All that said he is of course a FPL legend.
