Who can accompany me to the Garda station when I have to give a statement? Was a witness to an incident recently & I'm wondering if i should have a witness or a solicitor with me.

Unless you are likely to be accused of the incident or if it's a serious crime then you shouldn't really need a witness or solicitor. You can do worse than to talk to the Garda beforehand if you are nervous.
