Whatever about cyclists not being able to go under the bridges as it is quite narrow, surely pedestrians will still be able. That would make no sense at all moving them up onto the road also?
Some shambles of a design and how long is the wait at the lights going to be, who gets priority? They're spending a lot of our money to inconvenience everyone.

I'm presuming the lights will be timed to change with the other traffic lights along the road. At least that's how it works on North strand road at the moment
