Paying a cancelled credit card?

    I had to cancel my card due to fraudulent activity however last month's bill is due. Do I pay this as normal by the due date or wait until a new card is issued? I assume the balance gets transferred over.

    Thanks for contacting us here on Boards.

    Sorry to hear you had fraud on your account. You can pay the card as normal and when you receive the replacement one, you can update the details on your 365 profile with the new number.
