    Hi Guys,

I was looking at the Hisense 55M5500, seems like a great TV and a great price but there is no online order for it. I'm
wondering if it will be back online at some stage (I don't mind waiting for it) or if not, what would you recommend
    instead?

    Thanks so much.

    Hi lillyhea,

Apologies for the delay getting back to you.

Unfortunately the Hisense 55M5500 is available for in store collection as it is down to the last few.

As an alternative we have the Samsung UE55KU6500 on offer at £649. This is a curved TV but much higher spec than the Hisense.

Let me know what you think.

    Kind regards

    David

Thanks David no worries it's the weekend!

TBH im not a fan of curved TVs just purely from an aesthetic point of view!
Any recommendations for a flat screen?

    Thanks again!

    Hi lillyhey,

No problem! If you're looking for a flat screen I would look at the LG 55UH661 at £649. Again this is an end of line TV so down in price and is much better spec than the Hisense:

Yeah i was looking at that previously and quite liked it, good specs and HDR. Do you know if its 8 or 10 bit panel? Also would you recommend a soundbar, I've heard that a lot of the newer Tvs don't have great sound because of the slim design?

    Lillyhey,

the LG 55UH661 is an 8 bit panel - but an excellent specification.

You are dead right to consider a soundbar as many of the slimmest TV's these days have poor sound - we would recommend the Q Acoustics Media 4 which is a really excellent soundbar at a reasonable price:

If you want a 10 bit screen from LG ( AN a completely amazing spec!!!) have a look at the LG 55UH950:

Thanks again and don't hesitate to drop us a line if we can assist in any way,
