How to get my line added to the online sales system

    Hi,

    I have an eir fibre line to my house, however it does not appear on the eir online sales website when I try to order a broadband bundle.

    The reps on the chat function confirm the line is enabled, but say they cannot process an order for the basic package (saying this can only be done online).

    So can you confirm please:
    1. How do I get the line added to the eir web sales system?
    2. What is the easiest way to order the basic broadband only bundle without the line on the system?
