Need to close account from abroad

    Hello,

    I need to close my account from abroad. I've permanently relocated and I need to close it. I've gone through the procedure of closing the account through the form on the website but it says that some details are different. Probably the phone number is different, I have no clue.
    Anyway, any tips to close the account without having to call the branch directly?

    Thanks for getting in touch,

    Sorry to hear you've been unable to to use the online form to close your account. You can also send a letter to the branch you opened the account with, to request they close it. If you have a balance left in the account, please provide an IBAN and BIC that you'd like the funds transferred to. You can find the postal address for the branch here.
