    Ordered a nest, install couldn't go ahead and the installer failed it on his system. I rang up that evening and requested the refund of the 130euro. Now over a week later still nothing. When should I expect to get this back..

    A regular refund can take up to ten working days to be processed.

    We can check the status of your refund with our colleagues in the relevant department.

    Please provide us with the following details:
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (Yes/No)
