Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Keeper kicking is terrible. Twice in a row poor kicks.

    Make that 3.

They Hit the post, then Ayling? running across his area is a good idea. Have they all been hit with the stupid stick while getting off the bus?

Tyler is doing well so far... Bamford very unlucky there

Keeper made a meal of it, that’s why there was no yellow for Alioski. Too many bookings building early, though.

Reading beating Luton 3:0. Why couldn't we do that at Elland Road?

Their keeper has obviously reverted to normal.....

Was thinking the exact same...at least our corners look more dangerous today

What a free kick! Brilliant, KP.

Lovely!! Was surprised Douglas didn’t take it.

Nice to have some breathing room, Brentford are up against Wigan

According to h/t stats Blackburn clear cut chances zero? One on one with the keeper at the start doesn’t count?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,003 ✭✭✭Carcharodon

Another great free kick, going to be a long 45 mins

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,261 ✭✭✭Shlippery

Great free kick sure, but wtf was that given for?

    Saw nothing in the replay?

  • Moderators, Business & Finance Moderators, Sports Moderators Posts: 15,016 Mod ✭✭✭✭whiterebel

Good free kick but Meslier left some room over that side.

I assume the ref saw it as Philips played the man and not the ball, when you undercut the player on purpose when he jumps for ball, wasn’t very obvious but did look like philips was trying to be a bit cute and it backfired

Get the f in, take that all day long, Harrison did well

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 32,023 ✭✭✭✭~Rebel~

Atrooocious goalkeeping, but that should be enough for a Leeds win now anyway.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,261 ✭✭✭Shlippery

Lovely. What else has this game left in it!

Thought it was going to be ruled out for offside...Alioski looked offside and had to duck out of the way

This game has the feel as that crazy game against Birmingham.
    I dont like it :o

Hernandez is head and shoulders above everyone else, such quality.
White is having another great game again

Watching the game with blackburn commentary.

We are lucky to be winning
We should be down to 10 men (no idea who the red is for)
Lots of the Leeds players are very 1 dimenaional
Bielsa assistants who are alway out in the technical area, it's all for show & distract the ref
We are just fit, not actually that good
If we play like this in the PL we won't win a game.
Norwich who went up are a better team

Makes ye wonder how we are top of the league at all

Any chance we make another sub, Jesus Bamford got cramp ffs, fresh legs please

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,070 ✭✭✭✭event

MB only makes subs for tactical reasons really

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,003 ✭✭✭Carcharodon

Great win, great effort and some very good performances
I think Klich was fantastic, the work rate, closing down and topped off with a goal

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,495 ✭✭✭✭Mushy

Would take another 2/3 of those in the remaining games

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,070 ✭✭✭✭event

    Was Dallas injured?

Yea, hamstring injury but should be fine for stoke I think, Douglas did well to be fair to him

Good to see Douglas slot back in so efficiently, he went from being a great player in the first half of last season to almost the forgotten man.

Yeah he was class. Would love them both in the starting 11 tbh, just not sure how

Douglas and Dallas on the left side would be very strong In my opinion, bring costa off the bench then, you would probably get the same productivity out of Costa

That would be the way. Cover for Douglas' lack of pace, the way K*w*ll used to cover for Harte Back in olden times.

Young Malik scoring for Hull, c'mon lad, get another in. Do Leeds a solid.

    :D

    WBA 4:2.
Assuming Brentford and WBA achieve 100% in their remaining games, we need 3 wins and a draw from 5 games to go up.

Now we're into the two games a week, 3-week finale so who knows what will happen. Pressure more on Brentford as they have to be 5/15 points better than West Brom just to get up to 2nd. West Brom, like Leeds, can lose a game, but Brentford really can't drop any points.
For Brentford, I think Stoke could cause them problems, being their second last game and close to the relegation zone and maybe Derby too. Preston can have their nights as well.

An option, but not much flair or goal threat. Though Costa has been awful since the restart.
