Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Was reading the Villa thread there. Same as all fans saying about us "Leeds won't keep up this pace".

    Hopefully teams think the same

Raphinha is going to be a little special. Class pass.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,495 ✭✭✭✭Mushy

Jesus Hernandez could've taken a touch, then hit it (or taken a second touch). That through ball

Of all the players you would think wouldn’t need to be told to take a touch when in acres of space.......

Shackleton is having a great game since he came on. Our Dm for the next 6 weeks, I think.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,905 ✭✭✭Seathrun66

Ten days til Leicester. That'll be tough when you want to see more of this.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,922 ✭✭✭Ceist_Beag

Lads that second half has to be the best 45 minutes I've seen in a long long time. We absolutely mullered them. Harrison gave Cash a roasting all evening and the hat trick from Paddy was superb. We could easily have had three more. And to top it off, Grealish getting a yellow card for complaining about diving was poetic.

What the holy Fock, I literally nearly dropped my phone when I saw the score, 0-3 and Bamford, it must be wrong ?

Alioski has been doing well defensively, but he has missed some amount of passes.

I think it was Klich as the DM and Shackleton doing the box to box.

10 points from 18. On a PPG basis that would be 63 points. That would have been 5th last year :pac:

That really Leeds third in the premiership?

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,261 ✭✭✭Shlippery

Probably 'cos we're all really afraid of this one. I know I am.

They're a really decent team this year with the serious additions they've made to their squad and we're missing some important players.

Could get ugly....................or we could be brilliant and surprise them.

Take the hand off you for a draw now.

Leeds are all about the surprises lately. Bamford, for a man who got so much abuse in the past. He's really putting in the graft. Wonder if the lack of crowd is helping?

As a neutral ( friends are Leeds Fans) that was a great match to watch and a great win. Well done.
It's a joy to watch Leeds. Thought Harrison was excellent !

Don't know whether to stand up, sit down, eat a Twix or scream in the middle of the garden. I'll wait until I wake up to decide

First half Bamford = Championship Bamford

Second half Bamford = Prem Bamford

Great performance from your team. I'm a huge Bielsa fan, the man is a football genius.
I think anything is possible with him in charge. The players he has developed there and the smart signings you have made are great to see. Great to see Leeds back in the Premier league and maybe just maybe you'll get contending for honours quite soon.

    Leeds owed Villa that beating

    And Grealish :D

It's very hard not to especially enjoy a win v Grealish and Terry.

On the other hand, Villa is a huge club that has slumped from being the best in Europe. I don't like them...but I dislike them and Everton less than other PL clubs...

They are two clubs I have never really cared about either way.

Atm, I am enjoying Ancelotti's Everton though.

I think you will find that the villa team you beat 3-2 in the championship is not the same team that villa have now.

    November

    Leicester - 1pt
    Palace - 3pt
    Arsenal - 0pt
    Everton - 0pt

    December

    Chelsea - 1pt
    West ham - 1pt
    Newcastle - 3pt
    Man u - 0pt
    Burnley - 3pt
    West brom - 3pt

We could have 25 points after 13 games. Basing those results on how teams are playing now.
I'll get slated for man u i know. But don't see us winning 3 in a row and unbeaten in December
