Struijk is not good enough in that role. Too slow to sniff out danger, not mobile enough and when we are in position, doesnt make himself available

Yup, we have been a lot better, set pieces are our weakness.
Struijk doesn’t look too great in that position, he would be my first change

Its a very hard position tbf but were were blessed with White last year. Maybe Koch is the answer but with Llorente injured he's needed at the back. Could swap Koch and Struijk though

Yea, I didn’t like White there last year, he did ok but never looked too comfortable.
With the players out, it is tough to find a natural replacement could tweak the formation maybe

These past two games have been reality checks, most of us here have been very cautious about our success in this league, I hope the one or two naive people that were saying we should be looking at Europe etc can see how hard this league is going to be.
Teams have already adapted to our style of play and at this level we will be punished more severely than last year

We've regressed to two years ago. Simple strategy for opponents.
Get the ball up there and you will more than likely score against Leeds. We are $hite at the back. Simple as.

Its like the players have lost confidence in the way we play or something. The passing has been shocking and the pressing has been off the pace. Palace are passing it around us way too easily at times. We simply cannot be this adventurous in the premier league

We have now conceded 17 goals in 8 games. Thats shocking. Most of us know that Bamford will not keep up his form for the whole season so we could be in real trouble.

4 goals vs pool (fair enough, best team in the league)
3 Goals vs Fulham (!!)
4 goals vs Leicester
4 goals vs Palace

Before today Palace had only scored 8 goals in 8 games.
Fulham have only scored 4 goals in their other 6 games.

If this isnt ringing alarm bells I dont know what is. He needs to get this sorted now
