But maybe he'll be in the squad sooner if Pablo is actually injured, hobbled off on Saturday

Daniel James from Swansea might be the only incoming player today, deal still being thrashed out.

Seems to be an out and out winger as opposed to a no 10, so not a direct replacement for Saiz. Maybe suggests that Izzy Brown is close to the bench at least, or Bielsa is still happy with Pablo there for the time being, with Roberts as backup.

James deal done subject to medical. Sounds like a loan until the end of the season with option to buy (for around £5m) then should we go up. Good business by the club.

Pretty shoddy from Swansea. If they didn't want him to leave then they shouldn't have allowed him to go have a medical. Whatever about it being crap for Leeds, it's a pretty sh*tty way to treat a player who wants to leave anyway.

They've pulled the plug on Leroy Fer going to Villa too. Internal politics at play it seems.

Early doors but Casilla seems to be an upgrade on BPF, but failure to replace Saiz is disappointing.

Swansea did the same with a potential Leroy Fer deal last night. Club must be in absolute shambles.

Dan James told them he wanted to leave for Leeds, everyone had agreed terms, medical passed etc and then they pull plug last minute. Not exactly motivating James for rest of the season.

Shocking way to treat a player on Swanseas' part. James was in Leeds since Wednesday evening apparently, spent the full day with the club yesterday, only for it to be denied him at the last minute. Not sure how they could figure this was in their best interests. The best thing Leeds can do now is keep the lines open and get him in the summer at a better price.

Silly free kick from Jansson to give away for the first and absolutely terrible from Forshaw for the 2nd. I still think we could easily get two goals, as long as the lads are more solid at the back. Hopefully Clarke and Phillips on shortly.

Absolutely brutal performance, our touch is poor, our attitude is poor and our discipline is poor. As someone said, leaving Phillips out looks like a bad call but regardless, we're not at the races today. That's four defeats in five now, worrying.

The Championship is just such a bizzare league , can’t take anything for granted. We trounced Norwich away from home earlier in the year and they just come right back and return the favor.
