Really depends what he is alleged to have said and there is that language barrier thing. Lots of Spanish swearwords and vernacular are quite crude.

Presume the club have started some investigation and at least sought clarification on what was allegedly said, give him a chance to give his side etc.

If it was racist, they should tear up his contract and show him the door. Even if it is some cultural issue. There should be none of the nonsense that Liverpool engaged in during the Suarez row, the club backing the player etc. They should be very clear and unambiguous...

Quality game. WBA are good, but they were dirty as hell, and slowing the game down/time wasting very early.

Bamford was just quality. Yeah he should have had an easy goal, but everything else was so good. It's why nketieh won't start ahead of him, wouldn't suit the style.

Winning ugly is also a well-rated tactic and really not to be sniffed at. Good spirit and defence shown.

The WBA keeper was the busier in the second half, so wouldn't be saying we were blessed at all. Was just a good performance

FT: 2-1.

Frustrating. The whole game changed by a poor refereeing decision. Harrison is very unwilling to cross on his right foot and generally very frustrating to watch. The sooner Pablo is back the better, we are badly lacking some bit of creativity in attack.

Just saw the Harrison one now. The consistency is a ****ing farce. 23 teams have an advantage cos it's the only way to bring money into the EFL. A farce of a league, and nothing they can do about it

Probably be demoted to league 1 for a game. Knowing the EFL they'll give an extra game ban for frivolous appeal though.
