yeah definitely that should be a focus of coveny or who ever is appointed minister for housing tomorrow.
There needs to be proper zoning and residental planning...the city is full of half derelict buildings and sporadic building. Cork street springs to mind..large scale new developments but as much area occupied by derelict buildings.
