Banking 365 issue

    Hi,
    Is there an issue with banking 365 at the moment?
    I paid my car tax yesterday and the payment showed on my banking 365.

    When I look at my account today the payment is no longer there?

    Hi Mark,

    Thanks for contacting us on Boards.

    Sorry to hear this. Can you log into our 365 Online website and check whether the transaction is listed in your Transactions Still in Progress?

    I guess I can add to this thread.  Just tried to add a SEPA payee and it wouldnt let me.

    Thank you for getting in contact with us. The 365 online site is operating normally. Can I ask you what error message you are getting when trying to add this payee? and have you since been able to add this payee?
