Hi there. I have a nice strat with lace sensor pickups (SSH). I'm not quite in love with their sound and would like to try to achieve the traditional strat sound. I'm mainly into blues, good tone, not too much distortion.
I've never soldered before, and was hoping fir some full pick guard replacement, that I could do myself, and save my current set up if I wanted to swop back.

Does such a plug in replacement exist (of good quality) and can anyone recommend a brand & website?

Or recommend anyone in/near Cork who could do the surgery?
