Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If the same players give up on more than one manager, it's not the managers fault at that point imo

Deserved. Watford have been dung second half.

If Hazard & Courtois want out wouldn't that be an issue? ...... I doubt Conte wanted the likes of Drinkwater, Barkley & Giroud. Not exactly what he dreamt of after winning the league.

New manager like Simeone might entice them to stay on for another season or two, I reckon. Agree that Simeone will probably be a 2-3 season appointment but he'll get the best out of them for a good portion of that. Totally agree with you about the signings. Conte didn't want those players. The club has done him no favours. The fans seems to be backing him though, which is nice to see.

That'll cost them £400-£500m. 3-1. That lad used to play for Everton or am I thinking of someone else?

He was immense compared to Cahill who looked like he was trying to catch a dog or something.
    Talk about a capitulation.

The players know that they hold so much sway at that club that when they want a manager out that’s it.

Can the players blame José for the current malaise?

It's the culture at the club. There's no other explanation at this stage. It happens too often now.

    Can't keep blaming managers.
I discussed this earlier in the Chelsea thread, the board have their hands too involved in the management aspect.
And the players turn a sulky strop as soon as things get tough.

Courtois speaking pure rubbish there, pen all day long like Kane's yesterday.

Intimidating atmosphere at Vicarage Road though, I think Chelsea players probably feared for their lives. Plus Watford are a quality side who will be challenging (with Chelsea the way things are going) for a top 12 finish.

Oh well, give me an easy life and a peaceful death.
