Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Salah looks a better finisher now in the little I've seen from him.

Not so sure about his finishing as he seems to miss more chances than he puts away.

But still tbf Salah was one of Klopps better purchases.

Good pace and dribbling skills. Not afraid to run at defenders.
I'd expect his outright finishing will improve over time.

    Klopp happy with the point?

City are unreal at the moment. 0-5 against a decent Watford side. Burney should be ahead. Liverpool are terrible at defending corners.

Best natural finisher that they have. Liverpool were mad not to sell Coutinho for 100m. Good for the odd worldy but never a 100m player.

Thats my point hes a natural finisher, so is Defoe and Bent before him and neither really added much to a top team
I agree with Coutinho part, if hes not Brazilian there is no talk of Barcelona

Last ten has been really good. Burley starting to look dangerous. Liverpool probably about to score.

He's 25, he can still improve alright, if he does his stats will be world class.

Salah loves a dive. He'll earn plenty of penalties for Liverpool over the course of the season.

It's funny, I actually don't think so. Mee looked to poke the ball away on the replay, in real time it looked a stonewaller though.

Aguero should have taken it :(

Yep, good match for Suarez on that front. Man City have six now.

How does a player getting his legs taken away equal a dive

    I think it's debatable

Liverpool could have scored only for crossbar anyway

From the replays still looks it for me, probably one of those that would be given if Liverpool were losing

They wouldn't resort to long ball tactics surely?????

That's the last resort of a broken manager I've been led to believe??

Three good chances in the second half and Burnley had two of them. Pretty much all Liverpool without creating any really good chances bar the one that hit the crossbar.

Need to see that replay again. Thought it was a pen but hard to see if there was a touch on the ball before the man. If it was a good decision it was a very brave one in Anfield.

    They look incredible.

However it's the minimum you'd have to expect considering the talent that was there before pep took over then the players he has brought in since.

    Defo the team to beat.

Minimum??? Ah get out out here... no way can that be the minimum against liverpool at home and feynard and Watford away. Been a brilliant week but we are obviously going through a purple patch...

I don't mean they should be scoring 4 or 5 goals every game but in the main they should not be troubled by many of their rivals.

    KLAXON ALERT

First gloves seen: Jordan Ayew warming up for Swansea, it's September lad, have a word with yourself.

I wouldn't be getting carried away with city, started last season strongly as well.

Spurs to shade it against swansea, interested to see how Renato gets on.

Sturridge forced a good stop so did Arnold. I don't remember a second chance for Burnley. To say Burnley had the better chances in the second half is wrong in my opinion.

You could argue the same of Jose. Saying that winning away to Watford 6 nil should be a minimum to be expected is madness.

You think United's squad was as good as City's when Jose took over?

I also explained what I ment, with the quality city have they shouldn't really be troubled by many teams in the PL. I don't mean they should be drubbing everyone week in week out.

You could say it about any of the top three in United/City/Chelsea
    Its stupid either way

I'm afraid to say that Gaybo had them on for the second half in our game at Watford today. This just isn't good enough. Sell him, the soft fecker!

If liverpool could be bothered buying a defence, then they would be very much be city rivals.
