Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Spent a fortune and look like relegation candidates.

Koemanchu won't be out of a job for long, he lacks the eye for a player so beware those clubs looking to splurge.

If Everton actually go and appoint Moyes I think they have a genuine chance of going down.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,292 ✭✭✭GreNoLi

    Liverpool
Moyes is just the type of manager everton need, terrible with money while not having any left to work with but able to work with what he has to an above average extent, a stop gap.

Not sure Sunderland fans would agree.

He's the hero they need, Rooney will be delighted.

This is both a good and bad result for arsenal, their fragile egos could get unreasonably inflated so that their inevitable crash will be even messier.

The apathy at Everton on and off the pitch is quite surprising, zero fight on the pitch, or apparent anger from the fans. Very flat indeed.

Oh well, give me an easy life and a peaceful death.

Surely the end of Koeman now, Evertons season has fallen off a cliff completely.

No, it is merely a good result.

Silly way to look at it.

Agreed, winning football matches is never a bad thing. It’s literally the reason why the game is played.

Yeah, I may have misunderstood the complete context of the conversation as I lazily didn't read it all!
As a one off post, you can understand how I came to conclusion he was talking about Klopp!

I understand, not everyone can such critical reading powers as I.

It wasn't as if it was a walk in the park either. They still had to come back from a goal down away from home and, as United found out yesterday, that isn't easy regardless of the opposition's true quality.

ha! In fairness there has been plenty of nonsense in the anti-Arsene media like "why didn't/doesn't Arsenal go for Klopp/Conte/Pep/Jose/Jardim" as if it was/is a foregone conclusion that they
    1. hadn't considered it and/or
    2. such managers would have/would go there over other offers on the table!

Lovely strike for sane and then west brom equalise.

Interesting to see so many empty seats in the stand behind the goal City are attacking. Not even the prospect of seeing City can get West Brom fans to bother going to see West Brom :pac:

    Liverpool
City will need to be winning titles and cups a plenty to keep a hold of Leroy Sane. Still so much potential to add to his game but he's very polished as is.

Classic Arsenal. First time Swansea get into the Arsenal half and they score!!

This'll probably jinx it, but it's mad how Palace's only league goals this season were the 2 against Chelsea. Hart just made a great save there to keep them out. Again.

Disgrace of a pen decision in the pool game. If you're giving that you're giving ten every game.

I'm not sure did you see it properly. He pulled him back by the jersey. I know they are not always given but surely you would want refs cracking down on this.

Firminio was pulling the defenders shirt too. The ball was no where near them. It was a joke.

So you can foul a player as long as it's no where near the ball. Watch it again man firminhio is facing the other way.

Firminio was pulling jersey too. It would have been as much a free out as a pen. Jokeshop but no surprise joke fans think they deserve it.

Came off the defenders head. The problem now is Huddersfield may push on and will leave space in behind.

You do know you can't be offside if the opposition player passes it don't you.
