Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What ever happened to Andersonisgod? Could you imagine the delight he'd be getting from all that's gone on this season with Pep and Barcelona too? He talked a lot of ****e but he's been proven right on some things regarding Pep and to a lesser extent Jose that he was ridiculed for last season

You get the feeling there would be a lot of bans if he was still around

I used to be genuinely impressed with the way he could stretch the truth to match his current agenda. A true master of his trade at work.

The battle of the also ran's looks like it might come down to the wire. I thought Chelsea were the best of the rest at the start of the season and still think they are best placed to finish second.

How far each of Chelsea, United, Liverpool and Spurs go in the CL might have a big impact on the race for CL qualification.

    First out has the advantage.

Most shocking decision of the day hands down. Lössl clearly takes his standing leg.

The hard on that guy was nursing for Pep would even put us City fans to shame.

I agree. But it doesn’t have anything to do with Manchester United or Jose Mourinho. :)

I bet Marco Silva is kicking himself that he didn't try harder to force his way out of Watford when Everton came calling.

9 defeats in his last 13 games his star has certainly fallen since Everton tried everything to sign him.

If Jesus has a bad injury you would imagine pep will have to go all out to get Sanchez in now.

Seems to be open season on us for poor decisions. Leicester getting a non existent penalty in the LC, Kane and Alli (and the Newcastle player the other night, Murphy) not getting red cards and another "soft" penalty today.

    Everton
    That was a crap pen.

I hate the way Puncheon turns his back. Superstitious crap when you should be ready to pounce on a rebound

  • Everton
    Dreadful penalty
    Loads of incident too
De bryune injury looks serious, same as Jesus

That looked a terrible tackle on KdB

  • Everton
    Yellow card appropriate
    Wasn't a red

*Edit* on slow-mo actually looked red-ish

There'll be no ban for Puncheon as he was booked.

    Thuggish challenge.

    Cowardly.

    Great game from him today.

Looks like Pogba is getting his wish for some City players to pick up injuries.

Hopefully KDB isn't out for to long as he's been a joy to watch this season.

It isn't just City. The standard of referees seems to be on the way down. Look across the league every weekend and there's more than a few poor decisions.

KDB will be a massive miss.

City will still walk the league, but it could seriously affect their Champions League aspirations.

    Great game from him today.

Fosu Mensah and Andreas Pereira are 2 we have out on loan who could easily be getting game time for United.

All the talk of signing players in January but maybe United should start by bringing those 2 back early.

You prefer a rivals best player to come back soon? He's injured, it happens every team. Wish him well and all but I hope it keeps him out of the side. City will be weaker without him.

He has a particular set of skills, which makes him a good fit for certain clubs, such as Fulham, West Brom and now Palace. Unfortunately for him those skills don't translate to clubs where the emphasis is on playing on the front foot.

But you're right, he's a nice man whose been chewed up by Liverpool and England.

Why wouldn't I? Liverpool aren't winning the league and KDB is great to watch so I don't want to see him out.

So many, in just a few weeks. One or two, in that period, you can understand. But three nailed on red cards and two penalties won by dives, in two weeks? And that's not counting the "tackle" on Kev today.

See my previous post. Yes, every club gets bad decisions, and we all have the blinkers on when discussing our own club. So yes, of course I'm biased. But 5 dreadfully bad decisions in two weeks? Has any other side had that many in such a short timescale? I'm more than happy to be educated on this.

Not a chance, it wasnt a penalty but wasnt a dive either
Sterling and him had arms linked for christ sake
The ref should be the one banned for giving a soft penalty

Yes I’m sure every club has. But obviously most people wouldn’t remember it unless it happened in the recent past so I guess you can claim some sort of hollow victory from that.

Dann's injury could be costly for Palace.
