    Hi BOI, I applied for a personal loan twice and i was refused without reason me why; I have all it takes to get loan. The same letter they sent me on the first application is what they re-sent to me again.
    I am just wondering if there could be any help here cos I needed the money to save life.

However, if you'd like to appeal the decision, you can contact your Bank of Ireland branch and a representative will be happy to assist you with this and offer advice on future lending applications.
