I have a client who runs 3 subways stores in a mid sized Irish town.  Subway take 13% of each order and he is reluctant to go with just eat as they take another 15%.  What he is hoping to do was drop bunches of order sheets into local businesses so that customers could fill in their orders and then whatsapp a picture of their order through to a mobile number.  Each of the shops already has an ipad for doing orders and he was hoping that the orders would come through to each of the 3 shops.  This is where reality hit in.  WhatApp isn't available for iPad.  You can get apps which roll WhatsApp web into an App but they are pretty poor.

Does anyone know of an ordering app?  He was thinking that someone with the phone that receives the WhatsApp orders could forward the order into another app which would assign the order to the store which is nearest to the customer.

If it doesn't have to be a properly designed user friendly app then could he just use Google Docs? Local business can fill in a doc that is specifically assigned to them from the iPad and someone will be able to monitor this live and feed the orders to whoever needs the info?
