Fire Evacuation Drills & MUDs

Two quick ones: Is there a legal requirement for drills in MUDs like there is for commercial premises, schools etc? If so, is the OMC responsible? Or owners as the shareholders of the OMC? Ta.

I'm not aware of any requirement to have evacuation drills. I'm not sure how useful they'd be anyway, when would you have them?
