    Hi,

    I applied online for a small overdraft last Friday and haven't heard anything back yet.

    Would there usually be some kind of response by now??

    Usually you'd be contacted within a day or two, if you haven't been contacted yet you can call our team for an update on 0818 200 334 (choose option 2 on the menu).
