Hate to say it, but ref was right on both counts. Absolutely clear penalty, and Buffon made it very easy to send him off too.

Should have been another few minutes extra time though.

It’s about to be headed in, and the defender barged into his back. It’s a pen.
Buffon deserves red for his reaction.

The penalty was awarded with one minute of added time left.

A five minute delay does not mean that you add another five minutes of added playing time!

Juve have been hugely unfortunate over the years in this tournament, two titles is a poor return for the teams they've had. One the other side, Madrid have been hugely fortunate for the past couple of years

Madrid are a club a lot of fans find it easy to dislike.
There are many reasons why and I really hope they get knocked out in the semi or lose to a last minute disputed penalty in the final.

There's no conspiracy here. Stonewall penalty. Oliver was well with his rights to send Buffon off. There was less than a minute left in added time and there was a minute added.

Gutted for Juve and Buffon but the ref got the big calls right.

Sorry are people now questioning if it was a pen? Benatia pushed Vazquez in the back, and he missed the ball when he swung his left foot at it and caught Vazquez with that action as well. Surprised Benatia escaped a second yellow as well.
