Adding mortgage account to my 365Online

    Hi there,

    I put a request in for a mortgage account to be added to my 365Online account a while ago, but this still appears to have not been done.

    Can this be added please?

    This service request can take 5 to 7 working days. If this time has passed and you can see the request in your 'Sent' folder in the Service Desk, then please call our Direct team on 0818 365 365 where a representative will be happy to assist with this. 

    If the request is not showing in your sent items please resubmit it on the Service Desk.
