    I recently ordered currency online and recieved a yext today to say order ready for collection for day i requested however i am wondering if this can be collected sooner. I tried to contact my branch to check this at least 8 times today but do not get to speak to anyone. Only option is to book appointment to dpeak to someone. This is ridiculous. I fi d boi service very poor. A simple question to be answered regarding collection in brach requires an appointment!!!. Please help
