Hi guys what exactly does it mean to use a degree as a springboard? I understand that people with a degree can get into jobs in an unrelated position, and people with degrees can get paid more than none degree holders even if they work in an unrelated area to their degree. This kind of makes me jeolous because ive done four years worth of plc courses, and dropped out of a degree course, my life has been tough without a degree qualification but I keep pushing on and praying to God I can make something of myself and enjoy life

I wonder are you misinterpreting terms?

There is a Springboard program with courses specifically targeted at areas industry have identified as requiring more people trained.

Is that what you mean by springboard?
