    One scorecard was a joke but that was no robbery had it a draw myself, that 118-110 card was awful but the overall result is fair imo. Fair play to both really good fight both have amazing chins

    Yes, but it's called 'effective' aggression. GGG missed with a huge amounts of punches. And the commentators were oohing and aahing at GGG's ability to take punches. But taking punches doesn't win you a fight. They were completely ignoring Alvarez's actual landing of the punches.

    Really close yes. Draw maybe, not on my card. 118-110 No chance.

    The comments around eye catching Canelo shots vs the more consistent power shots by ggg showed a high level of bias in my opinion.

    One or two shots shouldn't be enough to win a round.

    A quick google of Byrd will show that boxingforum posts as far back as 2008 were calling for her to not be allowed judge any combat sports fight. MMA forums included as far back as 2010. When both combat sports fans call for your head then it's clearly deserved.

    What an absolute joke. Loads predicted it before the fight. GGG had to get the KO. All proven correct. Clearly won that fight.

    Fair play to Canelo. Great chin and far better stamina than I expected. His feet lost him that fight and clear though.

    Disgrace.

    The farce many predicted for MayMac was delivered tonight.

    Fairly poor fight early on. First 4 rounds not a lot of action. Canelo gassed badly as it progressed, lot of tippy-tappy arm punches, GGG felt he had no power so walked him down and dominated him easily winning 8-4. Enter Mrs. Byrd with her 118-110 from a brown envelope...

    Farcical stuff.

    You win rounds by landing punches, people get to overcome with just pressure, GGG was stalking all night but a lot of rounds landed very few good clean shots, Alvarez while on the back foot actually landed the cleaner shots just didn't land enough to deserve the win on my card but anyone who says GGG won that clear is off the mark

    I had GGG by 1 but some very close rounds to score so could see a move 3-4 rounds either way but that 118-110 card was crazy.

    Agree with some here, I thought boxnation overplayed GGG at times.
