House with signs outside on Fr Griffin road

Anyone notice this? On Fr Griffin road there beside the Doctor surgery. There's a lot of signs outside one of the houses. Couldn't really see what was written on them as was driving at the time, but it looked like some kind of protest posters. The only word I could make out was "council". A lot of red boldly underlined…
