    Hi guys,
    I'm currently pondering an extension on a cottage I was left.
    We don't have drawings for it, I've a rough drawing on CAD but would like a half decent set of plans drafted up of the existing cottage and some plans and elevations possible extension we are thinking of.
    I've seen people recommend places like "betterspace" elsewhere I'm just wondering does anyone have any experience with the like or am I better off just tracking down my local?

    If you need planning permission, construction drawings or professional supervision of the project then best to get someone you can get to come look see on a regular basis
