Recent costs for utilities and connection fees

Hi all. Just looking for some recent costs to get an approx total for a new build. How much has been paid recently for ESB (12k connection), water in+out and sewage? Build will be in Meath. Are 2k, 10k and 5k reasonable figures for each to work from?
