Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, I'm 22 and thinking of joining An Garda Siochana. I want to join the Emergency Response Unit. Is there any special requirements for joining the ERU? Please talk me through the conditions. Thanks.

Joining AGS with the sole intention of becoming a member of a specialized unit such as the ERU etc is the complete incorrect reason to get into the career.

Many people who have these intentions quickly become disillusioned with the job because the reality is that these positions are extremely difficult to aquire due to the competion that exists for them and the jobs are advertised very rarely.
