    hi,
    what is the process for account cancellation without losing my number?
    should i first subscribe with another service provider and then inform u for cancellation?

    I would recommend contacting our cancellations department on 1800 303 600 and they will be bale to advise you of all of your options in regards to keeping your number.

    is it the same for business account?
    i tried contacting business care on phone and they asked me to send email. the rep wasnt helpful with any other info

    No problem.

    For a business mobile, you will need to contact 1800 601 701 and the option for mobile and they will then advise you.
